Aritmos is a Sage Platinum Partner based in Lleida with specific experience in logistics management for companies where transport is a critical part of the business: agri-food companies with their own fleet, distributors with daily delivery routes and manufacturers with last-mile logistics. Aritmos has developed adaptations on Sage X3 that bring transport management inside the ERP (not as an isolated system), including integration with fleet management systems such as Trota and Tralit, control of logistics costs by zone, carrier and shipment type, and self-billing for carriers.
A.T. Trota’s growth made its Axapta system obsolete, with scattered processes and a lack of visibility. Discover how Sage X3 integrated finance, TMS, and workshop management to achieve full, real-time control of its operations.
Yes. Aritmos has developed specific integrations between Sage X3 and the two leading transport management systems in the Spanish market: Trota and Tralit. The integration lets dispatch data from the ERP (delivery notes, weights, destinations) flow to the transport system, and delivery data (confirmations, incidents, actual costs) flow back to the ERP. No manual data re-entry.
Sage X3 lets you define transport rates by zone, carrier and type (per tonne, fixed, per kilometre). Each shipment automatically calculates its logistics cost, which can be allocated to the order, the customer or the cost centre. The system generates self-billing invoices for subcontracted carriers and checks the invoices received. With Power BI, logistics cost can be analysed by route, carrier, product and period.
Yes. From the dispatch process, Sage X3 automatically generates transport delivery notes, packing lists, loading orders with unloading sequence and CMR (international consignment note). For regulated sectors: ATP (transport of perishables) and ADR (dangerous goods) documentation. All linked to the sales delivery note with no duplication.
That is exactly the profile where Aritmos has the most experience: agri-food companies with their own fleet, distributors with daily delivery routes, manufacturers with last-mile logistics. Their business is not transport, but transport is a critical cost that needs to be managed inside the ERP, not in a separate spreadsheet. Sage X3 integrates logistics management with sales, warehouse, invoicing and accounting.
Yes. The system distinguishes between own vehicles (with registration, driver, trailer and capacity data) and subcontracted transport agencies (with rates by zone and service type). Transport for each shipment can be assigned to the own fleet or subcontracted, and cost control works for both.
Aritmos has real experience in logistics management for the agri-food sector, where refrigerated transport, deliveries to retail chains with strict time windows and cost control by route are part of everyday operations. It has also developed working integrations with Trota and Tralit, the two most widely used fleet management systems in Spain. Other partners work with standard Sage logistics without these adaptations.
