Yes. Aritmos’ dairy vertical on Sage X3 directly imports laboratory results: fat percentage, protein, somatic cell count (SCC), dry matter, bacteriology, inhibitors (antibiotics) and freezing point. The data is automatically linked to the intake delivery note and the supplying farmer, eliminating manual entry.
The system works in two phases: pre-settlement (distribution in litres, withholding calculation, generation of the supplier file) and settlement (calculation using price tables configured by season, quality and milk type). The printed settlement details quota, fat reference, litres per day, quality values, bonuses and deductions. Accounting and tax documents are generated automatically.
Yes. When a collection tanker carries milk from multiple farmers, the system automatically splits the delivery, allocating volumes and analytical results to each supplier according to the quotas or declarations for each collection route.
Yes. Aritmos’ dairy vertical covers milk intake and settlements. For cheesemakers and processors, it is complemented by Sage X3 production modules: recipe management, batch control, traceability, cheese ripening, packaging and dispatch. All integrated in the same platform.
The system can manage the documentation requirements of ISO 22000, IFS Food, BRC, HACCP, Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 (hygiene of food of animal origin) and the EU Hygiene Package. For differentiated-quality milk, it supports the parameters required for the Letra Q certification.
Aritmos has its own Sage-certified vertical that integrates specific management of milk intake, laboratory analysis with 6 parameters, delivery splitting and farmer settlements with quality tables.
