Yes. Aritmos’ vertical on Sage X3 directly imports the slaughterhouse grading results (SEUROP system: conformation S-E-U-R-O-P and fat class 1-5), links them to the quality document and automatically applies bonuses and deductions according to the configured price tables. The grading distinguishes between males and females.
Traceability works at SSCC code and batch number level: from the animal entering the slaughterhouse (ear tags, farm, breed, feed) to every packed and palletised cut. The system records each transformation: slaughter, cutting, processing, packaging. It traces upstream (from the cut to the animal) and downstream (from the animal to all its cuts). The cutting price report by family makes it possible to analyse financial yields by type of cut.
Yes. Sage X3 with Aritmos’ vertical connects to industrial scales at three critical points: livestock intake (gross weight, tares), cutting plant (import of scale results into production orders) and dispatch (weight check at loading). This eliminates manual data entry and reduces errors.
Yes. The settlement engine works with market reference prices (weekly market), tables by date range, SEUROP grading and quality. It supports advance payments as well as partial and final settlements, and automatically generates the accounting and tax documentation. It can be printed in detailed or summary format.
The system lets you create preparation orders (for stock or for direct orders) and send them to the cutting plant. The plant imports the data (customer, order, item, batch, packages, kilos) and generates direct production reports. Once preparation is complete, sales delivery notes are generated automatically. This workflow connects sales, production and dispatch with no manual data entry in between.
Yes. The system generates the required traceability and documentation: animal origin records, veterinary controls, carcass grading, condemnation management, batch traceability across the whole chain and dispatch documentation (packing list, CMR). It also meets the documentation requirements of IFS Food, BRC and ISO 22000.
Aritmos has developed its own Sage-certified vertical that includes functionality standard Sage X3 does not have: integrated SEUROP grading with import of slaughterhouse results, cutting management with yields by family, preparation orders with import from the plant, farmer settlements based on market price tables and native SSCC traceability. Other partners implement standard Sage and need custom development for each of these features, which increases cost and the risk of incompatibilities when upgrading.
